Landowner Eligibility & Program Terms (Ontario)
1. Land Requirements

- check_circle Property must have residential zoning or permits development under Ontario regulations
- check_circle Direct access to a public road
- check_circle Preference for proximity to highways
- check_circle Within 10 km of an incorporated Ontario city or town
All zoning, access rights, and land use permissions will be verified before approval.
2. Landowner Benefits
CAD $48,000
Annual rent subject to agreement
Fixed installment payments based on established property valuation
Landowners may retain or build a residential house on the property (per municipal bylaws).

All agreements comply with Ontario property law and municipal zoning bylaws. Final terms are set in written contracts reviewed by legal counsel.
