Landowner Eligibility & Program Terms (Ontario)
1. Land Requirements
To qualify for partnership, the property must meet the following conditions:
Minimum land size: 3 acres
Property must have residential zoning or zoning that permits residential development under Ontario municipal regulations
Land must have direct access to a public road
Preference will be given to properties with easy access to highways
Property should be located within 10 km of an incorporated city or town in Ontario
All zoning, access rights, and land use permissions will be verified before approval.
2. Landowner Benefits
The landowner will receive annual rent of CAD $48,000 for the first three (3) years, subject to the signed agreement.
Beginning in Year 4, the company will begin paying the agreed land value in fixed installments, based on the property valuation established at the time of contract signing.
Payment schedule, valuation method, and transfer terms will be clearly defined in the legal agreement.
The landowner may retain or build a residential house on the property, provided it complies with municipal bylaws and the partnership agreemen
3. Application Process

Attach all required supporting documents (proof of ownership, zoning confirmation, survey if available, etc.)

Applications will undergo a screening process
A company representative will contact qualified applicants to proceed with due diligence and agreement discussions
Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. Final approval depends on legal, zoning, and commercial review.
4. Legal Compliance
All agreements will comply with Ontario property law, municipal zoning bylaws, and applicable provincial regulations.
Final partnership terms will be set out in a written contract reviewed by legal counsel.
Landowners are encouraged to seek independent legal advice before signing any agreement.

BWO Researches International Canada invites qualified contractors, construction firms, and infrastructure service providers to submit bids for site development works related to the AHT project in Ontario, Canada.
Scope of Work
The project includes, but is not limited to, the following components:
Construction of one (1) access road measuring approximately 20 feet wide by 1,000 feet long
Construction of pedestrian footpaths totaling approximately 4 feet wide by 3,000 feet each
Installation of 200 by 200 feet area for landscaping and grassy lawn development
Design and installation of a sewerage/drainage system compliant with Ontario environmental and municipal standards
Construction of cement slabs measuring approximately 20 feet by 35 feet for residential structure erection
All measurements are approximate and subject to confirmation through engineering drawings and site inspection.
Contractor Eligibility Requirements
Bidders must:
Be legally registered to operate in Ontario, Canada
Hold valid business licensing and insurance coverage, including liability and workplace safety insurance (WSIB where applicable)
Demonstrate prior experience in civil works, road construction, landscaping, or residential site servicing
Comply with Ontario Building Code, municipal bylaws, environmental regulations, and occupational health and safety legislation
